We like to think of ourselves as a high tech company with "old fashioned" ideas about business. We approach each new prospect as a consultant and a friend. We see our first meeting as the beginning of what will be a lifelong relationship
built on respect and trust. As cliché as it may sound, we really do treat our clients the way we like to be treated. We prefer a “low key” approach to sales and believe if a product is good, given an opportunity, it will
sell itself. This is the essence of our marketing philosophy, and like our system, is both simple and effective.
We have a passion for the security and safety of our clients and we are very enthusiastic about what we do. It is very rewarding to know how much our clients depend on their drive alarm systems and how they appreciate what we have done
for them year after year. It is for this reason that we do not sell our products through wholesale distributors or burglar alarm companies. When you make a great product and offer great service, having a personal relationship with each
client is the very best part in operating a business.
Our environmentally responsible approach to business precludes the introduction of any planned obsolescence into the design of our equipment. We are committed to using the highest quality materials in building the best drive alarms possible.
We are always looking for ways to add new features and enhancements by updating the software that runs our systems rather than throwing away the hardware. Upgrades and enhancements made possible by new software are provided without charge.
Protech provides support for every product we make no matter how long ago it was made.
